Brief introduction for first period of Julong Co., Ltd.

Julong Co., Ltd, sixth subsidiary of Xinyuantai Steel Pipe Group, is a newly established company, which is professional produce SAW pipes with large diameter and high steel grade. Julong Co., Ltd is co-construction by Xinyuantai steel pipe group and ShouGang Group. Which is located in the expansion district of Cangzhou development area and covers an area of 333,333.5 square meters totally. The workshop covers an area of 59404.5m².

Julong Co., Ltd, invested by Xinyuantai steel pipe group, construction period are 12 months. And the first production line will have a trial operate on October 2010. The usage of High-speed weld technology has greatly improves the productive efficiency as well as the welding quality. It is the highest level for SAW pipes both in domestic and abroad currently.

In order to meet the needs for high-end engineering in domestic and high standards of oil & gas transmission pipes in international market, Julong Co., Ltd builds Φ820, Φ1020, Φ1420, Φ1820 four SAW pipe production lines with high standards. All these production lines are take one –step workmanship and can produce high-tech steel pips for advanced engineering project more quickly. After operating, the annually production capacity of large-diameter SAW pipes will reach to 45 * 104 tons.
